The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. The room was so very comfortable. Normally I don't sleep well when away from home, but I slept like a baby! The original facility that I had booked contacted me and let me know that they could not accommodate me. I was frustrated and very tired. Booking.com found this place for me and I was overjoyed! The price was also less than what I originally paid at the other facility. I was so pleased with the whole experience.

Thank you so much to whoever was working the front desk the afternoon of 5/28 (sorry we did not catch your name)! We were originally staying at a motel nearby and had to leave early because of how dirty it was. We then came to Candlewood and it was perfect. Thank you so much to the front desk for getting us into a great room. We made it to our event on time thanks to you and loved our stay.

The entire staff was absolutely exceptional! they were warm, welcoming and so kind upon arrival and departure. We were met with smiling faces throughout the entire stay. The general manager, Freddie Green, is a true gem and ensured our stay was pleasant. Hotel is in great location! Roughly 20 from VA beach and great restaurants in the surrounding area!

There was an issue with our reservations Ebony did EVERYTHING in her power to make it right... She fixed the problem & she apologized SEVERAL times she & the clean up staff made SURE that hubby & I were comfortable & happy with our stay... I really APPRECIATE ppl like this... THANK YOU guys so MUCH for going above & beyond
