Candlewood Suites Norfolk Airport, an IHG Hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. The room was so very comfortable. Normally I don't sleep well when away from home, but I slept like a baby! The original facility that I had booked contacted me and let me know that they could not accommodate me. I was frustrated and very tired. Booking.com found this place for me and I was overjoyed! The price was also less than what I originally paid at the other facility. I was so pleased with the whole experience.

We were originally staying at a motel nearby and had to leave early because of how dirty it was. We then came to Candlewood and it was perfect. Thank you so much to the front desk for getting us into a great room. We made it to our event on time thanks to you and loved our stay.

Everything went well, from check-in to check-out. I want to thank Damon, for all his assistance and input on different activities and places that we could go. He was very pleasant, professional and friendly. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. I really like the fact the room had a stove and refrigerator. I was surprised that were dishes, pans and utensil already provided.
